Detalles: Elegant, comfortable, totally refinished 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beachfront villa in the Crescent Cove complex in Palmas Del Mar, 150 yards from the best section on beach in Palmas. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bath. The villa's southeast exposure allows its 240 sq ft penthouse terrace to be in shadow from mid-afternoon on making it the perfect place to enjoy the stunning views of the courtyard, pool and beach area.
Upgrades included new AC units with anti-allergen filters, new living and dining room sets, linens, new bamboo curtains, paint, lots of new art, many light fixtures & other upgrades. The kitchen was redone in April '08 with new cabinets, granite countertops and SS appliances. All glass windows were replaced in April '10. All three bedroom sets were replaced in May '11 with new, custom and locally-made rattan furniture.
